Hotel Triveni Darshan - Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking services, and stay at Hotel Triveni Darshan. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hotel Triveni Darshan website or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Note: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and the following conditions:

Booking Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required
  • Complete contact information must be provided
  • Advance payment may be required during peak seasons
  • Minimum age for booking: 18 years

Guest Information

  • All guests must register at check-in
  • Maximum occupancy as per room type
  • Extra bed charges apply where available
  • Children under 5 stay free (with parents)

Important Notice

Reservations are not transferable without prior written consent from hotel management. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not presented.

Check-in & Check-out Policies

Late Check-out After 11:00 AM Extra charges as per hotel policy

Additional check-in/check-out information:

  • Check-in before 6:00 AM is considered as previous night's stay
  • Government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar, Driving License) mandatory for all guests
  • Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards at check-in

Payment Terms & Methods

Cash Payment

  • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise
  • Additional charges for extra beds, meals, and services will be billed separately
  • During peak seasons (Kumbh Mela, Magh Mela, etc.), advance payment may be required
  • Foreign currency will be accepted as per current exchange rates
  • All disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of check-out
  • Tax Information: All room rates are subject to 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian government regulations. Service charges may apply for additional services.

    Peak Season Cancellation

    During Kumbh Mela, Magh Mela, and other major festivals: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for any refund. Less than 7 days notice will result in full charge.

    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Bank processing fees may be deducted.

    Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies

    Guest Responsibilities

    • Respect other guests' peace and privacy
    • No smoking in non-smoking rooms
    • Proper use of hotel property and amenities
    • Compliance with all safety regulations
    • No illegal activities on premises

    Prohibited Activities

    • Bringing pets without prior permission
    • Cooking in rooms (except designated areas)
    • Commercial activities without authorization
    • Damage to hotel property
    • Excessive noise after 10:00 PM

    Right to Evict

    The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for violation of hotel policies, illegal activities, or disturbance to other guests.

    Liability & Insurance

    Limitation of Liability

    Hotel Triveni Darshan shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except where such loss, damage, or injury is proven to result from the negligence of the hotel or its employees.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception
  • The hotel is not responsible for vehicles parked in hotel parking areas
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay
  • The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure)
  • Guests are advised to carry adequate travel insurance

    While we endeavor to fulfill all special requests (specific room locations, dietary requirements, etc.), these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please make such requests at the time of booking.

    Dietary Requirements

    Notify us in advance for special dietary needs. We offer vegetarian and Jain meal options.

    Special Occasions

    Contact us for arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, or other celebrations.

    Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be attempted to be resolved amicably
  • If amicable resolution fails, the matter shall be referred to arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act
  • The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Prayagraj
  • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties
